Our client, a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager for their site in Banbury. This role is ideal for a Production Manager looking to elevate their career.



Key Responsibilities for The Production Manager



Comply with Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.
Ensure internal quality control processes are in place
Ensure customer quality gate targets are met
Ensure the quality concerns internally and externally are resolved and improved within the time frame
participate in 8D s, problem solving and risk management.
Be responsible and available out of hours to be contacted by three shifts. To monitor three shifts performance / risk.
Manage performance through KPIs and action plans.
Manage headcount and overtime within budget for your team.
Lead and champion continuous improvement projects to improve departmental performance on safety, uptime, quality, processes and cost down opportunities.
Manage onload / offload teams, training, development versus potential, time and attendance, discipline, team ethics and all HR matters.

Minimum of 5 years management experience
Experienced and proven in team building and improving culture and processes
