Initially responsible for building the key functionality that will underpin a global LMS which will develop our staff to deliver an exceptional, safe and compliant service to our customers.

The LMS is part of a global people systems transformation program that is revamping our processes, benefiting our people and our organisation.

As we introduce the application across our network of 45+ countries and 65,000+ employees, this role will focus on maintenance and continuous improvement as well as undertaking course and content reviews working with subject matter experts.


Input existing learning content, design rules and automation that will make a world leading LMS.
Build a global LMS that adheres to local legislation and compliance.
Curate learning content.
Collaboration with global, subject matter experts to ensure we maximize system capabilities and deliver quality learning.
