This role We're looking for an SDR Performance Coach to deliver coaching to our UK-based SDR team, across both Inbound and Outbound segments. In this role, you'll act as a hands-oncoach and quality champion — spending your time in the field running 1:1 sessions, shadowing live calls, reviewing Outreach insights, and quickly identifying and addressing performance gaps. Your mission is to elevate SDR performance by coaching to best-in-class standards and improving funnel metrics like MQL-to-SAO conversion, connect rates, demo sit rates, and revenue. You'll drive excellence by lifting both quantity (activity, connect rates, pipeline coverage) and quality (targeting, messaging, and CRM discipline). In close partnership with SDR Managers, you'll help reps develop the skills, mindset, and consistency to influence revenue — not just generate leads. By setting clear standards, optimizing processes, and coaching relentlessly, you'll help reps balance high-volume activity with relevant, high-impact conversations. Your work will fuel pipeline growth, strengthen conversion rates, and scale a high-performing SDR engine. As a SDR Performance Coach, you'll be responsible for: 1:1 Tactical Coaching & Performance Enablement Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, live call shadowing, and structured roleplays Deliver real-time feedback on messaging, objection handling, and conversion techniques Track and optimize funnel performance across MQL-to-SAO conversion, call to connect, connect to opportunity, demo sit rates, and revenue growth. SDR Quality Assurance & Workflow Uplift Audit SDR calls and CRM hygiene to maintain a consistently high standard of execution, ensuring process adherence Identify performance bottlenecks using data and resolve through coaching or process change Collaborate with Ops to improve workflows, sequences, and data accuracy Work closely with SDR Managers to align coaching with performance needs. Channel Growth Standardize SDR workflows against top-tier industry benchmarks and sales practices Develop SDRs' proficiency in product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques Embed best practices in prospecting and lead qualification aligned with our SPICED sales methodology Foster knowledge retention and continuous development through coaching initiatives. Collaborate & Commercial Impact Work closely with SDR Managers to support team coaching and performance goals Align strategy with GTM initiatives, product launches, and campaign priorities Champion a culture of high performance, growth mindset, and measurable impact Act as a force multiplier by amplifying strategic initiatives across Inbound and Outbound. What we're looking for Proven success coaching or leading Inbound and Outbound SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups (essential) Strong understanding of SDR performance metrics and operational levers Track record improving activity and conversion metrics Experience with sales tools such as Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense, Outreach, and Salesforce (highly regarded) Familiarity with Enablement tools such as Spekit and Confluence (preferred) Skilled in delivering feedback and coaching across all experience levels Comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels in a fast-moving environment Data-driven decision maker with a passion for scaling repeatable, high-impact sales motions Strong alignment to commercial goals and the ability to drive cross-functional outcomes Able to interpret data to diagnose performance gaps and pull the right levers to positively impact sales performance metrics Collaborative mindset, working well with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
