About the Role:

As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will work in a dynamic and pioneering research team and contribute to advancing our proprietary software, robotic systems, and AM workflows. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the future of large-scale metal additive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on experimental research to push the boundaries of DED/WAAM technologies.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of comprehensive test plans.
  • Engage with customers to create tailored solutions and tackle complex challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system improvements align with technical requirements.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience or qualifications in any of the following: welding, additive manufacturing, or metal fabrication.
  • Practically inclined – Able to assemble mechanical systems and basic electronics.
  • Expertise in Directed Energy Deposition (DED) and Wire-Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) (not essential).
  • Knowledge of CAD modelling and design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences.
