Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Consultant (UK or EU-based). Our engagements typically help organisations:

  • understand and frame the problem to be solved, by doing user research with employees and interviews with stakeholders, as well as analysis of available data
  • understand how well existing channels, platforms and content and performing and make recommendations for how they can be improved
  • identify develop potential solutions, including both recommendations for technology platforms and all the things needed to support them, like capability, training, process and governance
  • review the content they have and recommend where and how it should be published and managed

We know that digital workplace pros tend to be multi-skilled while having areas of work where they're particularly strong and enjoy. So we'll try and assign work based on those areas of interest, but you can expect to get involved in a bit of everything.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital workplace governance and employee experience. You must have delivered and/or run an intranet in a complex organisation before.
  • Experience in conducting discovery exercises and user research
  • Expertise in data-driven communication targeting and measurement
  • Experience in auditing internal communications capability and recommending improvements
  • Insights and understanding of product propositions for enterprise software vendors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently

Flexibility

  • All our teams are remote but we get together in-person in London regularly
  • You should expect to be on site with clients no more than once a week
  • We welcome applications from people who want to work part time or flexible hours
