Year 3 Teacher opportunity within a wonderful 'family feel' school based in Hazel Grove Tradewind are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 teacher to work in a wonderful, 'family feel' school based in Hazel Grove. This position is full-time from January and pays MPS 1-6 based on the stage of your career. The school are willing to consider both ECT's and experienced teachers and for the right candidate, this position could also lead to a permanent contract based on your performance and ability to make a strong impact at the school. About the School This exciting Year 3 role offers the chance to teach in a lovely single-form entry school which is well facilitated with supportive and friendly staff. Curriculum The school follows the Oxford Reading Tree scheme to support reading for please and expanding pupil vocabulary. This is taught alongside Essential Letters and Sounds phonics which aims to 'get all children to read well, quickly.' In Maths, the NCETM and White Rose schemes are followed to break down areas of the curriculum and support fluency, reasoning and problem solving.
