We are recruiting for a leading and prestigious Food Service company based in Downham Market.

Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Prep Room Supervisor to start as soon as possible.

This is an ongoing role potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.

Working Hours

  • Approx 7am till finish usually 4pm, could be longer during peak periods

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To ensure all products are produced according to the written specifications

  • To ensure that the preparation rooms are manned in the most efficient way

  • To ensure that all preparation employees comply with all health & safety rules and legislation

  • To ensure that all tasks are carried out according to food safety legislation

  • To liaise with other departments within the business

  • To assist in the application of the HACCP function of the business

  • To assist with in-house training of staff where required

  • To understand carry out and accurately log disciplinary interviews

Pay Rate

£12.58 per hour
