1st Line Customer Support Engineer Due to increased customer demand for our services, we are currently looking for a customer support engineer to join our team. We are a team of nine dedicated individuals who have been providing IT services and support to our customers since 1998. Our primary focus is to offer a personal, helpful and professional service to all our valued customers. We take pride in the fact that our growth has primarily come from the referrals of satisfied customers, which is a testament to the quality of our service.

We cater to a diverse range of customers across different industries, both commercial and not-for-profit. Fault finding remotely, in the office, and in the future, on-site
- Initially, you will be based in our Edinburgh office to gain experience. You have around two years of experience in providing first-line IT support for Microsoft products ideally Microsoft 365
-You enjoy speaking to customers and helping people
-You have a driver’s license, or you are in the process of obtaining one

30 days holiday a year, increasing with length of service to 35 days
