Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English graduate to join us as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective English lessons, helping students develop their literacy skills and a love for literature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering English lessons across various year groups and ability levels
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with reading, writing, or comprehension
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported in their learning
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback on students' work
  • Support students in developing their critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills through discussions and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
