Our client, an expert in their field is well established and deliver world-class technical support on behalf of their impressive client base. This role requires a Content Editor, fluent in Latin American & European Spanish to join their in-house content team. You will translate and proofread various elements of content support for our client’s knowledge base as well as write articles, input to step-by-step diagnostic content as well as ‘how to’ guides as required.
The role requires the Editor to have an excellent command of English as well as Latam & European Spanish. The ability to answer a complex question in a simple and easy-to-understand manner is key, as is a good understanding of editing tools and software (training will be provided).
Excellent attention to detail is required as the Content Editor will need to ensure the accuracy of translations in addition to maintaining consistency through adherence to tonality and formality. Working closely with other teams you will support in testing and maintaining the overall user experience of the content.

Translate and proofread new and existing content
Test and proofread content in various formats (scripts, text in imagery etc) prior to go live
Support the creation of new content in accordance with:

Proficient spoken and written Latam & European American with a good grasp of spelling and grammar in this language.
Clear writing style expressed in English and French Canadian
