Arcus Search are proud to support a data-hungry, exciting London Markets MGA, on searching for an experienced, proactive and communicative MI Business Solutions Manager with a strong understanding of MI, data and ServiceNow.

This is a newly created role and will be pivotal to the growth and success of the MI and Analytics function within the business. It is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about data, communicating with key decision makers and stakeholders, as well as delivering a variety of projects across UK and Europe.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for planning, documentation and implementation of MI projects
  • Grow and provide effective leadership to the MI Business Solutions unit, managing a Business Analyst from the get-go
  • Take ownership of MI ServiceNow own ticketing systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders and make executive decisions on future project plans and business development areas
  • Ensure projects transition into BAU and equally partake in new projects as the business acquires further businesses.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience working in a Project Management / Business Solutions Manager role within Insurance
  • Experience with MI ServiceNow
  • Hands-on MI, data, Power BI or SQL experience
  • A confident team leader and ability to develop talent in the team
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record being influential amongst stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of insurance and insurance systems

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has a proven track record as a Project Manager to join a "people-first" business; this is an opportunity which will present exposure to the Lloyds market, UK and International stakeholders up to C-suite and large-scale transformation projects.
