The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our client’s automotive manufacturer dealer networks by managing service bookings and conducting post-service and sales follow up calls.
Making outbound calls on behalf of dealerships to their customers to secure service bookings and sales appointments
Accurately updating customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
