Job Description
KM4HR are recruiting a HR Advisor to be based in the South Croydon area. Working as an operational generalist you will provide empathetic HR support to all business areas, closely supporting other members of the wider HR team.
This is a hybrid contract requiring 3-4 days a week in the office.
You will be involved in the full spectrum of HR activities associated with a large corporate business.
Key responsibilities for your role will include:
· Providing guidance for staff specifically on employment law/relations and HR policies and processes
· Continuously looking for, and suggesting, improvements for all policies and processes
· Dealing with front line queries and escalating when necessary
· Absence management and reporting
· Management of all employee data while acting as gatekeeper for all HR systems
· Onboarding and offboarding and managing staff changes internally
· HR reporting and administration of the employee lifecycle
Essentially you will have experience gained within HR operations specifically managing the employee lifecycle.
It is an essential requirement of the role that completed the CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7).
