Empowering Learning are a market leading education recruitment company. We are working in partnership with a large Secondary Academy based in Chesterfield who are looking to appoint an MFL Teacher to teach French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 on a part time 0.4 long term basis from April until May half term in the first instance, however this could be extended.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is adept and experienced in teaching Languages to Key Stage 3 and 4, you will be joining a robust and strong MFL department who work collaboratively to ensure a positive working environment for staff and students alike. In this full time role, planning and marking responsibilities would be required with PPA time given within your timetable.

The school is looking for someone who is passionate about Languages to provide the very best opportunity for students across the school.
To provide outstanding teaching for learning which meets the needs of all students.
To support the school raising standards of teaching and learning across the department and in monitoring progress towards agreed aims.
To support the school in the implementation of agreed whole school policies and initiatives.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have outstanding teaching practice.
Have experience of improvement planning.
Contribution to impact on the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum.
