We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst for a 3-month contract to join this dynamic team. This role demands a thorough understanding of macro-trends and industry verticals, exceptional financial modelling skills, and the ability to efficiently coordinate among various stakeholders.

Focus on equity transactions and M&A activities across various sectors, leveraging in-depth knowledge of macro-trends and industry verticals.
Engage in extensive client communications and market coverage to gather and analyse relevant data.
Quickly comprehend novel concepts in cutting-edge sectors, efficiently interpreting business fundamentals and extracting underlying logics.
Develop and maintain solid financial models to support transaction analysis and decision-making processes.
Provide analytical support and insights to assist in the execution of M&A deals and equity transactions.
Proven experience in M&A, equity transactions, or a related field within a global broking or financial services environment.
Excellent financial modelling capabilities and the ability to quickly interpret and analyse complex financial data.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; CFA) is a plus.
