Summary:
As an Electromagnetics Design Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the product lifecycle, from concept development to production. Join a team of experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aerospace technology.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive research activities to identify emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical support to secure new business opportunities.
  • Design and test radomes and antennas, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
  • Lead engineering efforts on selected new product designs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Skills, Experience and Abilities:

  • Degree in electrical/electronic/antenna engineering or physics (higher degree preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of RF and antenna product design experience.
  • Proficiency in RF design, particularly in aerospace and defense.
  • Hands-on experience with simulation packages like CST Microwave Studio or Ansys HFSS.
  • Proficient in MATLAB programming.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
