Sales Executive

Due to continued success and internal promotion, a global manufacturing supplier's head office location has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join them. You will provide support to the Operations Director.

  • Receiving all incoming orders via email, telephone, and Live Chat, and processing them on the ERP system
  • Providing technical support to customers, answering all product questions and queries, identifying and seizing any up-selling opportunities
  • Preparing and dispatching quotations, following up to convert quotations into sales
  • Building rapport with customers and providing any after-sale support
  • Liaising with the internal workshop, monitoring order status, providing regular updates to customers
  • Arranging, including confirmation of the cost of transportation for deliveries globally, ensuring all import & export regulations are adhered to, and that all paperwork is correct and present
  • All administration duties related to the role

We would expect the successful Sales Executive to demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service of a technical nature, identify and seize sales opportunities, be an excellent communicator, and have a good working knowledge of import & export regulations. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This role would be ideal if you have worked within Account Management, Sales Coordination, or an Import & Export Sales position, from a manufacturing, production, or engineering organization.

You will be joining the global Head Office of a company established for over 40 years, with an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly for the Operations Director, this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organization's name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products, and they are keen to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive who strives to offer the same.
