England, United Kingdom Civica Full time

We’re Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. From local government to central government, to education, to health and care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to help provide critical services to over 100 million citizens.

Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.

As a company, we’re passionate about what we do and the citizens we help to serve. With a diverse range of users, you'll embark on user research journeys and actively involve the product team in the process. By analysing research data, you'll uncover valuable insights to better comprehend your users and effectively communicate your findings with the team and stakeholders.

As part of our team of User Research specialists, you'll have the chance to deliver exceptional user experiences across a wide range of products. You'll work on everything from large platform builds to web applications and mobile apps.

As you grow in your role, you'll take on the responsibility of shaping and managing project direction and scope in collaboration with product teams. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and improving our user research services within our UX practice.
