The successful candidate will service properties across the Liverpool Area. You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities: Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Work on various roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality. Meet client expectations and safety standards. Requirements: NVQ or equivalent in Roofing. Full UK Drivers Licence Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Skills Needed: Renew slates and tiles etc Renew Felt and Batten Pointing Lead work. Repair flat roofs. Additional Information: Company van provided.
