Sales Executive Location : Farnham Salary : £25-35,000 + uncapped commission and benefits My client who are based in Farnham are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Business Development, New Business or Telesales. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent experience working within Sales and working towards targets. Daily Duties Responsibility is to increase and drive business growth within the company. You will be working within the Telesales Strike Calling team accessing our CRM system of cold, warm & hot leads You will uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients and target by way of telephone. You will be responsible for recording all relevant information on our internal CRM system and track every opportunity through the sales cycle. You will demonstrate a high-level understanding of the services that we can provide within the company portfolio. You will work towards the key objectives, KPIs and targets as agreed with the Managing Director. This is a busy lively call centre environment and will suite a positive, driven, ambitious and experienced individual. Experience in fit out/property sales would be an advantage. Experience sales and/or telesales is mandatory. Duties We offer generous salary (scaled depending on experience) Commission Structure ( £5k-10k OTE) Company pension Monthly social events Early finish incentive 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
