SEN Teaching Assistant (Personal Care) Primary Are you an experienced Nursery Nurse looking to work within a school setting? New Directions are supporting an SEND school who care and educate pupils aged between 2-11 years. Children who attend school have a range of SEND, class sizes are generally between 8-10 children. Teaching Assistants / Nursery Nurses & LSA's will use a lot of visual aids and flash cards to commute with children and you must be comfortable carrying out personal care - this is a requirement of the role. The school day is 8.50 - 3.30, with 30 minutes lunch.
