Doncaster Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, plus car allowance, 10% bonus Role: Full-Time Are you an experienced Manufacturing Site Manager looking for an opportunity to join a growing, established business? Our client is a leading manufacturer producing some of the UK’s leading brands. Manage all on-site activities, including quality assurance, health and safety, production, and engineering, you’ll also work closely with logistics and distribution to ensure seamless processes
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations
Control site budgets, deliver regular progress updates, and ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure all site activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Lead, manage, and motivate site staff, including subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring milestones are met
Monitor site progress, managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the project team, suppliers, and clients to resolve any issues, ensuring smooth project execution
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety reports
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement in safety and operational practices
Proven experience as a Manufacturing or Production Site Manager in a similar field
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
A deep understanding of safety regulations, operational processes, and quality standards
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent
Excellent leadership and team management skills
