Payroll Services Associate 6 Month Contract - Retford - Competitive Salary & Benefits

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with this market leading, fast growing international group of companies who are offering a fantastic opportunity to join their group central finance function as a Payroll Services Associate on a 6 month contract. The role will be responsible for administration of the payroll for the business and requires excellent attention to detail skills and customer service standards.

Exceptional career development opportunitiesPayroll Services Associate Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for handling all payroll administrative queries
Processes the monthly payroll, collating data from all teams, ensuring it is fully authorised and keying into the HR and Payroll system
Maintain payroll records for colleagues by gathering, calculating, and inputting data, adhering to payroll policies and procedures and compliance with relevant legislation
Calculate and pay third party payments, and administer cycle to work, childcare voucher schemes and other flexible benefits
Providing information and answering colleague’s questions about payroll related matters
Producing and distributing payroll reports to the finance department
Liasing effectively with the People team and Recruitment, to ensure correct employee data Calculation and input of maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave
Administration of company benefits through the payroll system and the flexible benefits system, generating appropriate payroll reports and uploading the details for benefits purchased and relevant deductions
Ensure Pension Auto Enrolment compliance
Efficient Payroll Professional with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
2 years minimum payroll experience
