We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

The BI Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, develop data models, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ma in re s pon si b i l i ties:

Design, build, and maintain high quality data pipelines, processes, and documentation

Ensure automated reporting is published in line with business requirements

Act as translator to and from the business teams relating to all data / analytics processes

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of modern data analytics tech stack

Liaison with diverse teams

Excellent people skills with ability to work with all levels in the organization

Experience of visual analytics and suitable database table structures

Process improvement and automation

Project management and delegation
