As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, including subcontractors and tradespeople
Managing project schedules and budgets
Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Problem-solving and making decisions to ensure project success
Quality control and ensuring workmanship meets our high standards
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Knowledge of traditional construction methods, with a background in carpentry or masonry preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
