In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in food manufacturing to lead a team of up to 20 people, streamline processes, and ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Food Production and Warehouse Manger will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Nutriseed's Production facility and Warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing our food production facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in addition to assisting with the management of warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and shipping. 

Key Responsibilities:

. Food Production Management:

  • Support the Production Manager in overseeing the manufacturing of juices and supplements, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor the performance of production equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Ensure all production activities meet rigorous quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and availability.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Supervise and guide a team of up to 20 production and warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in designing and delivering staff training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-conscious work environment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across production and warehouse activities.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to the development of actionable improvement plans.

  • A solid understanding of production floor operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
