CRO Manager – Ecommerce – £60K-£65K + Bonus

Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a household name within Ecommerce whose reputation is established within the sector. Due to the company’s outstanding performance in recent years, they are looking to take their customer experience to the next level, hence this critical appointment of a CRO Manager.

Role:

As CRO Manager you will hold he responsibility for building on the initial CRO foundations that are currently in place across Digital and deliver the very best in customer experience. Working closely with several different departments the CRO Manager you will be tasked with designing CRO & UX strategy, and taking those ideas through concept, design and testing all based on thorough research and data insight. The end result of this hard work will be to ensure that the customer journey is best in class and is optimised and engaging across all channels.

As the CRO Manager you will be joining a company investing heavily within CRO & User experience and will take on a small but knowledgeable team. This insight and data will allow you to plan UX strategy and drive development and enhancements across their platforms. If you are an experienced CRO Manager looking for a challenge of helping a household brand in developing this user journey and keen to take on responsibility for quality and standards this is a fantastic job for you.

Essential Skills :

  • Highly skilled and experienced CRO Manager, ideally with experience of Ecommerce and Retail.
  • Have lead User Research sessions and be able to use this data to form business critical decisions.
  • Strong team player and communicator who is able to educate all areas of the business on the importance of CRO & UX
  • Proficient in Adobe, Axure and Sketch
