Position: Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead
We are currently looking for a Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead to join us at our facility in Huthwaite, UK. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying potential problems or opportunities for improvement by analyzing data and identifying patterns within that data. Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns.
# Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems.
# Design and implement new maintenance procedures for equipment monitoring and testing.
# Research and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
# Develop and implement training programs for employees, collaborating with other departments to integrate reliability across the organization.
# Monitor property, facilities, and equipment conditions, identifying maintenance needs and implementing upkeep schedules.
# Develop strategies for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness, overseeing preventative maintenance processes.
# Research and implement best practices for facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
# Oversee preventative maintenance processes to ensure effectiveness.
# Manage contractors on site carrying out engineering and other works.
# Performance management of maintenance staff including evaluation, training and development, coaching, and feedback.

Around 10 years of relevant work experience
Experience within the chemical industry.
This includes knowledge of the engineering principles and specific systems used at an organization.
# Project management: the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning, scheduling, and organizing.
# Data management skills: the ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
# Technical understanding of process safety requirements and the ability to maintain legal compliance to UK legislation.
