Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Principal Power Platform Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, and leading project teams to deliver successful solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing business requirements, and ensuring the effective deployment of Power Platform applications.

You will lead the development of custom solutions; using your expertise to work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design, build, test and deploy customer solutions to meet those needs.

You will be at the forefront of Microsoft technology and help steer the direction of the practice by staying up to date with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies. You will guide the team on best practices and be a mentor for the team.

  • Power Platform Development and Implementation skills
  • Preferably PL600 qualified with knowledge of Azure
  • Technical expertise in Power Platform solutions
  • Experience in leading project teams and providing guidance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

We’re looking for someone who can lead teams and clients to success. Previous consulting experience and leading development teams is essential to succeed in this role (5+ years of experience).

Additionally we're ideally looking for extensive experience using Microsoft Power Platform Products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) on real-world delivery projects (3+ years).
