The Digital Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with digital influencers and content creators across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and cultivate emerging talent.

Scout and recruit new digital talent with potential for growth and influence.
Conduct research to identify emerging trends and new platforms in the digital space.
Manage relationships with a portfolio of digital influencers and content creators.
Act as the primary point of contact for talent, providing guidance and support on content strategy, brand partnerships, and career development.
Collaborate with brands and marketing teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital talent management, influencer marketing, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
