As the Sound and Air Tightness Testing Engineer Manager, your primary base will be the company's office in Southern Hertfordshire, with regular site visits within the M25 region for staff audits and equipment inspections. The role demands a meticulous individual with a robust background in air tightness and sound insulation testing, paired with a proven track record in resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing engineers' workloads, conducting monthly and annual performance reviews, and performing unannounced audits to maintain peak operational efficiency. Adeptness in managing both personal and team targets is essential.
