In order to continue our regional strategic growth plans, we’re seeking a talented individual to join us as Recruitment Consultant at our well-established operation in Felixstowe.
Meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their recruitment needs.
Provide account management services and solutions.
Undertake effective candidate sourcing, helping drive candidate attraction and engagement.
Contribute to wider business projects, including the review and implementation of AI and technology to enhance existing recruitment processes.
You will receive training and ongoing personal and professional development whilst learning best practice within our industry.
~£25-£35k (depending on experience) + monthly paid commission scheme
~ Holiday allowance that increases with service.

Passion for recruitment
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Previous experience in recruitment consultancy or working within a sales/business development or a commercial role.
A current UK driving licence.
