OUTREACH TEACHER REDBRIDGE ASAP START - 140 - 160 per day

We are seeking an Outreach Teacher for young people with SEN/D and/or behavioural needs.

Remedy Education is currently looking for Outreach Teachers to join our organisation to support vulnerable young people across a range of East London Boroughs. Outreach Teachers should have experience in delivering English and/or maths tuition to vulnerable young people with an EHCP, particularly those with complex SEMH needs. The hourly rate depends on experience (QTS and in-school experience).

Our outreach service operates during term times and school hours. Candidates must hold a driver's licence to travel to and from teaching locations.

Most teaching occurs on a 1-1 basis, although small group work may be required at times. Teaching is primarily delivered in libraries; however, we also work in the homes of young people and, at times, within school settings.
