We are looking for a Zuora Subscription Management Technical Architect.
The Zuora Subscription Management technical architect’s role is to take a hands-on approach during the execution of IT projects. Their main task is to realise technical implementation processes as this requires high level of in-depth expertise.
Architect and implement Zuora subscription management solutions that align with business needs.
Design and oversee the integration of Zuora with other business systems, ensuring seamless order lifecycle management.
Develop and enforce best practices for subscription management, invoicing and billing processes.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and provide solutions to complex problems.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
A minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments but specifically around Salesforce technologies.
Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Zuora Subscription Management and Order Lifecycle Management.
Strong understanding of subscription management concepts, finance, and revenue recognition principles.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and their integration with Zuora.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and their integration with Zuora
Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network and security
Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills
