Job Description Evolve is partnering with a leading provider of private healthcare in the UK, who has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Pharmacist to join their small but dynamic pharmacy team in a private hospital in Norwich
Our client is looking for a driven and professional GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with a minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in community or hospital pharmacy environment.
This is a permanent position, ideally on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm with rotational Saturdays (part time may also be considered at 30 hours per week).
You will be supporting the wider hospital multidisciplinary team with medicines management, and providing first class pharmacy services to patients in both inpatient ward and the outpatient department.
This is a great opportunity for a Community Pharmacist looking to further develop their clinical skills in a hospital environment.
Support & Training: You will receive robust support and encouragement to pursue additional training necessary to excel in your role as a Hospital Pharmacist.
In recognition of your unwavering commitment, you will receive a compelling Band 7 salary, complemented by an excellent benefits package including a joining bonus of £2000 and flexibility to work around your family life.
Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Pharmacist:
Provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.
Advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
Promote a multidisciplinary, patient focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service.
