About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join a dynamic and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of nationally significant projects, with a strong focus on integrating green infrastructure into residential developments. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape solutions across all project stages, from concept to implementation, while also mentoring junior team members and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of landscape projects across RIBA Stages 3-5 Manage projects effectively, balancing quality, timelines, and commercial considerations Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across disciplines Attend and lead client, contractor, and local authority meetings Support junior team members through supervision and mentoring About You: Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture with 2-5+ years' professional experience Ideally a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) Strong understanding of the UK planning system, including London Plan and LPA requirements Proven experience in residential developments and multi-sector consultancy work Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop (Revit desirable but not essential) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Full UK driving licence (access to a car preferred; rental options available) What's On Offer?
