Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for providing strategic business insights? Do you excel in dynamic environments and have a keen eye for detail? The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Group Head Office team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a leading company in the hospitality industry.

You will work closely with TRG's three divisions and central finance functions, providing direct support to our CEO and CFO in making key strategic decisions. Data & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Group’s budgeting process, including both P&L and cash flow components, managing data and engaging stakeholders effectively.
Commercial Reporting: Oversee the Group’s commercial reporting using our BI platform (Fourth Analytics) and external data providers.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Develop ad hoc commercial analyses and insights to support strategic initiatives.
Provide essential support on key strategic projects.

Demonstrated expertise in analysis with advanced Excel capabilities.
BI Platforms: Experience in developing reports using BI platforms, particularly Fourth Analytics and Power BI, is highly advantageous.
Confident in engaging with senior business stakeholders.
