From assisting with classroom activities to providing one-on-one support, your dedication and enthusiasm will make a lasting impact on the lives of our students. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom. Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised learning plans for students with SEN. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to inform future planning and interventions. Promote positive behaviour management strategies and support students in developing essential social and emotional skills.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs. A proactive attitude and willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
