Supported by recent significant funding, their team is poised to expand their product capabilities and increase their market reach with innovative, scalable technology. They are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Product Manager to join their tech team. This role involves close collaboration with their Chief Product Officer and development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in a dynamic start-up environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting detailed product requirements from various stakeholders.
  • User Story Creation: Convert requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Management: Help prioritise and manage the product backlog to ensure readiness for development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and transparency.
  • Feature Development: Work with developers to ensure timely delivery of features that meet all quality standards.
  • Testing and Validation: Support the testing process to validate product features against user requirements.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Market Research: Aid in market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights that influence product strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in feedback loops and process enhancements to optimise product development cycles.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, software development cycles, and data analytics.
  • Product Management Skills: Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, strategic planning, and user experience considerations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up to date with AI and tech industry trends and domain-specific challenges.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage risks, and utilise project management tools effectively.
  • Leadership and Communication: Capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across various levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions and solve complex problems.
