Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Provide quality support to the Commercial organisation with respect to decision making regarding sales, pricing and margins. Act as a consultant to the relevant franchise heads, using financial analysis and leverage understanding of the business context to synthetize financial and operational data into meaningful business insights.
  • Ensure Head of Controlling and country leadership team have the strategic financial support needed for decision making for where to invest and where and when to reallocate financial resources and capital.
  • Review key business processes and implement key actions that results in business productivity gains. Highlighting key performance issues and critical gaps
  • Interact with the local/global Business Partners to steer the business by pointing out unexpected developments/changes in assumptions

Financial Excellence:

  • Responsible for monthly revenue and OPEX cycles, analysis and forecast.
  • Maintain Business Performance Tracking System (including P&L, relevant Balance Sheet & Cash Flow KPIs for Country / Cluster).
  • Maintain trackers for key financial KPIs (Sales, OPEX, receivables, margins, G2N and others)
  • Financial evaluation of all major decisions with respect to investments, major spend or launch of new products / Business development
  • Other business as relevant
  • Who you are:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
  • 5-6 years of Business partnering experience - working experience and exposure in supporting a full P&L.
  • Ability to work in a complex fast paced organisation. Strong in analytics and managing details
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP system.
  • Strong tactical and analytics skills: Fact-based analysis
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholders and balance various interests/viewpoints.
  • Knowledge of accounting and application of accounting standards
  • A strong "can do" attitude to reach objectives as a single contributor and in collaboration with others
