  • City & Guilds level 3 Electrical
  • 18th Edition
* AM1 OR AM2 * HVAP (MUST HAVE) * LV/AP About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance firm, growing rapidly, and operating in the Building Services Industry. Operating in over 48 counties, offering great careers for progression employing over 3000 employees yearly. This maintenance company also own and operate over 500 offices all over the UK. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Electrical Shift Leader to be based on a critical site in Romford (Essex). We are looking for a reliable and hard-working shift leader to carry out duties to the highest standard. There is a succession plan for this role meaning they will be looking to progressing you into a technical manager. Responsibilities: You will be part of a large team on a critical site in the Romford (Essex)
  • You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.
  • Critical or Data Centre experience is essential.
  • Must have experience on UPS generators.
  • Monitoring a BMS system.
  • Ideally live within an hour from site.
Candidate requirements:
  • The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
  • HV/AP (Must Have)
  • It is essential that the candidate comes from a critical/data centre background and has experience working as shift leader
