Are you an experienced Document Controller with a background in the nuclear industry? Join our team as we embark on an exciting journey in the planning stages of a groundbreaking nuclear power station project. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a vital energy initiative.

Position: Document Controller (Remote)

Industry: Nuclear Power

Contract: 12 months (Extensions Likely)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documents related to the nuclear power station.
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient document flow and distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies as necessary to exchange project documents securely.
  • Support the project manager in tracking and monitoring document status, revisions, and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Familiarity with nuclear-specific documentation requirements and regulations.
  • Proficiency in document control software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines and requirements.
