Southern Housing are looking for a Senior Support Worker who will join an exciting and dynamic team, to support the delivery of services at our sites across the island.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our Single Homeless Pathway service, to assist the Team Leader to lead and deliver care and support across multiple locations to vulnerable residents who will have varying support needs.
In this role you will report into the Team Leader to manage care and support services promoting health and wellbeing to our residents so they can develop independent living skills, engage with external services and move on to living within the wider community, preventing future homelessness.
You must be able to work flexibly over 7 days, with the ability to travel across the island, working in the different service locations. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or actively studying.

This role requires a full UK driving License and access to your own transport. A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum
