Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented Production Coordinator who possess a passion for video game content authoring tools and solutions. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of Edinburgh.
We create and maintain software tools that are used by all game development disciplines to support the creation of all Rockstar Games projects.
These software tools range from digital content exporters, a data processing asset pipeline to game, CI/CD automation systems and UI editors.
We work to improve global communication between various disciplines of Art, Code and Design to ensure there is a clear workflow, with transparency of moving parts, to our fellow developers.
Provide Production support to Tools teams
Help establish and maintain processes to help standardise planning, tracking and communication across the team.
Assign, prioritise, and track tasks using our in-house project management tools.
Monitor and report on the team’s bug and task queues using our internal project tracking tools.
1+ years of experience in Production, Project Management or QA roles.
~ Applicant able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving and an understanding of agile development practices
~ Positive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for game development and project management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
Experience in an Agile Development environment organising and tracking large amounts of information.
Experience hosting meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Experience with report development software.
