Their customer portfolio is extensive and continues to grow, supplying major retailers and exceeding customer’s expectations in service levels, product, design, innovation, quality, and price.
As a Quality and Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in working with the Buying team in
Liaising directly with retail partners on all technical, quality and auditing aspects, ensuring adherence to all technical standards, manage online technical databases files and deliver a ‘best in class service.’
Supplier and Customer Management: partner factories, product teams in country and customers to ensure timely delivery of high quality products and services.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team in assessing the quality, testing and design of new products to ensure they meet customer expectations.
• Management of Technical Data: Checking of technical compliance documentation, testing and factory auditing data alongside the product team, ensuring labelling requirements are met.
• Alongside this, building strong relationships with their customers in understanding their business’s requirements around auditing and testing and how they will be achieved.
• Analysing Returns & Investigating Quality Issues: Collect and analyse data to identify potential issues and collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality.
Are driven by results, taking ownership and pride for the performance of your product area.
• You excel in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering highquality results.
• Role will include travel.
• Commercial awareness of the homeware market and ability to combine experience and data
Strong understanding of product manufacturing, testing, sustainability certification and sealing processes required to ensure compliance with safety, ethical, quality, and legal standards for all products.
• Experience in textiles would be an advantage.
