GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a well-respected client school located in Hackney . In this pivotal role, you will nurture and enhance the educational journey of children, guiding and supporting them through the curriculum provided by the school.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Facilitate a dynamic and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and record children s progress, preparing them for assessments and standard tests.
- Provide specific help to students across a diverse range of abilities and needs, including those with SEND.
- Implement and adapt classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
- Use resources effectively to enhance teaching and the educational environment of the classroom.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' learning and progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High levels of patience and flexibility.
- Ability to engage children and enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must possess a valid DBS check and have the right to work in the UK.
