As the HR TUPE & Change Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing all matters related to TUPE and change programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program execution, legal compliance, and providing expert advice. Youll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to uphold the organizations professional image. Key Responsibilities: Program Management

: Oversee and manage TUPE and change programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to legal requirements. Team Leadership

: Directly manage a team of People Ops/ TUPE & Change Specialists across the UK and Ireland. Stakeholder Engagement

: Collaborate with key departments, including HR, Operational Delivery, Recruitment, Training, Workforce Management, and Payroll. Adaptability

: Thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment, multitasking effectively and meeting tight deadlines. Outcome-Focused

: Maintain a strong focus on successful program outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in TUPE and change management within a similar role. Commercial awareness and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
