Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a global wealth andasset manager who have over £60bn worth of assets across the worldwith approx. £7bn within the real estate market. They are looking fora Portfolio Manager to join the team. You will be working withoperating partners to monitor ongoing investments, regularly reviewfinancial performance and deliver portfolio reviews to externalstakeholders. They are looking for experienced portfolio/fund managerswho have excellent financial skills and can report to demandingstakeholders. You will also be involved in transactions when required.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Regularly reviewingfinancial performance
  • Monitoring and evaluating relevantsectors
  • Monitoring and assessing performance againstbusiness plan, budget and KPI’s
  • Quarterly formal reportingof investment performance to investors and internal stakeholders
  • Ad hoc reporting to internal relationship managers andinvestors
  • Determining options to increase investor returns
  • Assist with the exit strategy and final distributions toclients
  • Assisting with the management of operating partnerrelationships
