JOB TITLE: Account Manager
SALARY: £35k - £36k + car or £5k allowance mobile, laptop
COMPANY INFORMATION - Account Manager
Reputable and well established Building Services company specialising in M&E Engineering including commercial gas, electrical and HVAC maintenance
Close working relationships with high profile clients meaning long term contracts and security
Dedicated to all aspects of maintenance and repair on a wide range of appliances including plumbing, gas, fabric maintenance
Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service
Leading organisation in delivering technical services
CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Account Manager
You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate
Excellent management skills with the ability to oversee multiple national contracts
You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long term career with prospects
JOB INFORMATION - Account Manager
To oversee contract performance of building services clients
To identify opportunities to maximise the potential of each account
To ensure all sub contractors employed meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client.
To assume responsibility for the control and liaison of subcontractors and own labour.
To continually monitor own and sub contractor and employee performance to ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators
To maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
Attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements.
To attend course and training events to promote changes to general and technical work practices.
To undertake other duties and special projects as required
