A dynamic and experienced Project Manager is required for a leading company specialising in structural steel and architectural metalwork fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction or fabrication industries, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position involves working 1-2 days a week in the office and 3-4 days on various sites, liaising with clients and site teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clear.
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing manpower, materials, and budgets.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, milestones, and financial constraints.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and providing support.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering regular updates and reports.
  • Maintain project documentation, oversee deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and manage project handovers.
